By using the 8999be platform (https://8999be.ws), you are deemed to have fully accepted these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using 8999be.

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between 8999be and each registered member of the platform. This agreement operates under the Curaçao eGaming License.

8999be is not obligated to provide access to residents of countries where online betting is not legally permitted, including Bangladesh. It is each member's own responsibility to be aware of the laws in their country.

The following requirements must be met to open an account and place bets on 8999be:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Accurate and truthful information must be provided at the time of registration.
• Each individual may hold only one account.
• Multiple accounts cannot be registered using the same mobile number or email address.
• Keeping your account password secure is solely your responsibility as a member.

If information provided at registration is later found to be false or incomplete, 8999be reserves the right to terminate the account and withhold any deposited funds.

The following betting rules apply to all members on 8999be:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• 8999be reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from a system error.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, 8999be will settle bets in accordance with its established rules.
• Odds in live betting can change rapidly; the odds at the time of confirmation are final.
• Minimum bet is ৳50; maximum bet limits vary by event and market.

8999be reserves the right to adjust betting limits for any member, particularly when unusual betting patterns are detected.

8999be offers a range of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms and conditions that should be read carefully before claiming.

• Welcome Bonus: New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, the wagering requirement (typically 10x–20x) must be met.
• Reload Bonus: Weekly or monthly reload bonuses are available for regular members. Separate terms apply.
• Cashback: Cashback offers may be available on losses incurred within a specified period.
• Free Bet: Free bets are offered on select events. Winnings from free bets cannot be withdrawn directly.

8999be reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time. Bonuses will be voided if there is evidence of abuse or system exploitation.

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on 8999be:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳5,00,000 (for verified accounts).
• Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the original deposit.

8999be is committed to preventing money laundering. Additional verification or documentation may be required for any transactions deemed suspicious.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 8999be and will result in permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
• Opening an account using a fake or another person's identity.
• Attempting to influence the outcome of any betting event.
• Bonus abuse or arbitrage betting.
• Exploiting the system through hacking or any other technical means.
• Transferring your account or deposited funds to a third party.
• Depositing funds from illegal sources.

8999be reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• Suspicious transactions or suspected fraudulent activity.
• As directed by a court or regulatory authority.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

To close your account voluntarily, please contact our support team. Before closure, you will have the opportunity to settle any pending bets and withdraw your remaining balance, unless the account is being closed due to a rule violation.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any legal disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Curaçao.
